Thank you for subscribing to Mochion. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds for our subscription services.

General Policy

Because Mochion offers digital video generation services that consume server resources immediately upon use, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • When you cancel, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before it renews.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If a persistent technical issue on our end prevents you from using the core features of your subscription for an extended period, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to an error in our billing system.

If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
