By uploading content, users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service (e.g., generating your videos).

6. DMCA / Copyright takedown policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content hosted on Mochion infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately via our Discord Community with the necessary information to file a DMCA takedown notice.

7. Subscription terms

If you purchase a subscription to Mochion, the following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed at the stated price and frequency (e.g., monthly or annually).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via our payment provider.
• There are no refunds except where required by law. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

8. Generated content and Virality disclaimer

We do not guarantee that generated videos will achieve any particular level of engagement, views, virality, monetization, or commercial success.

References to "viral content," "engagement," or performance metrics in our marketing are illustrative examples only and do not constitute a guarantee of results.

We do not guarantee that any generated video, music, image, artwork, or user-uploaded content is free from copyright claims or platform restrictions when posted elsewhere.

9. Platform Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of the platforms where they choose to publish generated content, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

10. AI-generated content disclaimer

Generated videos are created using automated systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results. Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication or distribution.

11. Service availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

12. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove your content at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service (including abuse, copyright violations, or fraud) or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mochion's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding 12 months. Mochion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
